Steps to Successful Results

These 11 steps will help you understand how to proceed with us. They should also gain your confidence knowing that a good and efficient process creates consistent quality.

First Contact

Typically a customer first contacts us via the form on this website. The more clear and complete the information the more efficiently we can proceed.

Discuss Feasibility

The project details are clearly understood so that we can together decide we are the right vendor for this work.

Negotiate Terms

The cost is determined by several factors like the scope of work, the volume, manpower deployment, software used and more. We know that the cost of our services is very reasonable and we make sure our customers get value for their money.

Agreement

The agreement with customers is structured around the clear description of the project, level of service required, deadlines, payment schedule, confidentially and more. Before proceeding we make sure we have a clear and detail brief of the project so we know what the customer expects and requires.

Advance Payment

We work for customers outside India and have been involved in outsourcing for many years. This experience has taught us to be strict about not starting work until we have received an advance of at least 50% and in some cases we require 100% payment in advance. We do not make exceptions for first time customers.

Proof of Concept

We find it very helpful to start small and grow together with customers. This is a good way of earning trust and learning if a healthy successful outsourcing relationship can be built.

Feedback

During the project, communication with the customer to get feedback ensures that the project is being done to meet expectations. It also prevents our team from doing unnecessary rework.

Ongoing Communication

Regular communication can be maintained through email and if necessary, conference calls. Most customers are pleasantly surprised with our communication skills.

Quality Check

This process ensures that work is done according to guidelines and a quality check is done before delivery to the customer.

Final Payment

This is made after the work is delivered according to the agreement.

We have so many happy customers that they often refer others. In fact much of our new business comes from referrals.
